These Terms govern your use of Pyramid VPN ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Beta program

Pyramid VPN is currently in closed beta. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis, may contain bugs, may be unavailable for periods of time, and features may change without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications.
Launch denial-of-service attacks or scan networks without authorization.
Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the signup flow, or resell access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Fees

Beta access is free. If and when we introduce paid plans, we'll notify existing users before billing begins and you can cancel at any time.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy). We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyramid VPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
