Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Pyramid VPN ("the Service"), operated via pyramidvpn.com and our Telegram bot. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Pyramid VPN provides encrypted, obfuscated VPN connectivity through servers we operate. We may add, change, or remove server locations and features to keep the Service running well. Planned maintenance and occasional interruptions can occur; we work to keep them short.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up and be legally able to enter into this agreement. You're responsible for keeping your password and VPN keys secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@pyramidvpn.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts and VPN keys are personal - reselling or sharing access outside your own devices is not permitted.

3. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Pyramid VPN is a paid subscription (currently $5 USD per month), billed in advance on a recurring basis and processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard or the Telegram bot. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.
Prices may change; we'll notify active subscribers before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.

4. Acceptable use - strict policy

Pyramid VPN must not be used for any criminal or unlawful activity. Zero tolerance. Privacy is for protection, not for breaking the law. You agree not to use the Service to:

Commit, facilitate, or conceal any crime or fraud, including identity theft, financial fraud, or trade in illegal goods or services.
Access, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content.
Hack, breach, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks, or scan networks without authorization.
Launch denial-of-service attacks or knowingly distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications.
Harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the rights of any person or third party.
Infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
Circumvent rate limits, abuse the signup flow, or resell access to the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy immediately and without refund, and to cooperate with law enforcement where legally required. Note that, per our Privacy Policy, we do not log browsing activity - but a no-logs policy is not a licence to commit crimes.

5. Compliance with local law

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of a VPN is lawful in the country you use it from. The Service is provided from the European Union; we do not warrant that it is lawful to use in every jurisdiction.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for data deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyramid VPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify active subscribers by email or via the Telegram bot before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
